Choosing Love Wins Every Time, Even When You Don’t Feel Like It

This week is a designated love week in the United States and some other countries around the world — Valentine’s Day. More specifically, yesterday, February 14.

For those of you who chose to use yesterday as a launching pad to share your love with someone, kudos to you! Choosing love wins and when you show that love in unexpected ways, it surpasses other emotions.

Some of you might be struggling to show up, to love with that unrequited heart. Do it anyway. Do it because it’s the right thing to do. Do it in unexpected ways. Do it so that you can shift your heart out of neutral. Just do it.
