Do You Have Questions About the Future of Medium?

Hear it from the horse’s mouth (ahem — Tony Stubblebine 😁)

I admit … I’ve been pondering my existence on Medium. I have been writing, editing, and publishing here since August 2021. There have been a lot of changes.

No need to drum up the list. If you’ve been here for any period of time, you’ve probably read other writers' perspectives on it, including the whiners.

I like how Ayodeji Awosika laid out the time and allowed Tony space to share, answer questions, and even state that Medium made some mistakes and they hope to get better. Isn’t that what life is about? When you make mistakes, own them, and work toward doing better next time.

So … without further ado, here’s the interview. I recommend everyone watch it.

In the end, I say, in agreement with both Ayo and Tony, if you’re on Medium to write, then write.

And here’s my 2 cents … don’t be a content mill. Write about what makes your heart sing.
