Great information, Pamela. I was just recently given a health warning from my naturopath that my cholesterol level was dangerously high. She put me on Red Yeast Rice and L-Carnitine and recommended a major change in diet with added exercise. After 2 months, I dropped from a 394 to 143. She called me her poster child. Now ... it's about maintaing that which is harder, I'm finding. I also refer to my transition diet as food prison -- LOL
