How Are You Commanding Your Peace Today? Be Honest.
Maybe it’s time for a time-out, eh?
Spirit, guide me into peace.
The quote by Etty Hillesum got me thinking about how I rein in my peace. If you think about it, sometimes it’s not very different from yanking on the reins of a horse. It’s up to you.
I began to wonder if I have tapped into all of my areas of peace. If I’m honest, it took me many years to command my peace.
One of the things I struggled with early in life was accepting myself just the way I am — nerdy, quirky, and not skinny. Yeah, I struggled with that last one for years.
