How Faithful are You at Tending to Your Soul?
Listen to the whispers of your heart

Guide me into the spaces and places where You know I will thrive, and my soul will be nourished.

- Welcome and honor silence so that you can be present to your heart and soul. Having a set-aside time each day to enter silence will unlock the doors to your heart. Set a calendar reminder, just as you would for an important meeting.

- Do you need to simplify your life? Are you taking on too much? Is there too much noise or clutter in your life? Use KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) to help you remember.

- Read poetry. Find a poet or several poets that draw you…
