Spirit, lead me into gratitude with an open heart.

Take a deep breath in and acknowledge the clothes you are wearing today.

Exhale as you thank the Creator for all the hands, hearts, and souls that participated in the clothes you wear.

In fact, there are many, many people who have touched your clothes before you put them on to wear. There are many, many people who have had a hand in making the clothes you wear.

• Those who created the fabric.
• Those who dyed the fabric.
• Those who created the designs for your clothing.
• Those who made the thread.
• Those who dyed the thread.
• Those who cut the patterns.
• Those who sewed the clothes you wear.
• The factories that have to keep the electricity on where your clothes were sewn.
• The factory machinery used to finish the clothing and package it.
• The packers who fold and put your clothing into packaging.
