Creator, may I always remember the privilege it is to have two feet that carry me to faraway places.

I admit I have taken my feet for granted … until now.

If I think of all the ways my feet have carried me through my life, I am grateful. Born with skinny feet, my parents were challenged when it came time to find shoes that would stay on my feet because they were so skinny. Never heard of that? Now you have 😁.

How about you? Have you taken your feet for granted?

Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm. —Abraham Lincoln

My feet have carried me:

  • on playgrounds
  • through airports and onto airplanes
  • in and out of cars
  • on and off trains
  • on scooters
  • on motorcycles (yes, that too!)
  • up and down stairs
  • running
  • training for races
  • running a marathon
  • hiking
  • on bicycles
