Step away and rest for a while
allow your mind to focus on the good things in life
that your heart, body, and soul will follow suit.

Step away for a while
and allow stillness to be your guide
that your heart, body, and soul will follow suit.

Resist the temptation of news
and enter into rest
that your heart will return to love

Resist the temptation of the visual noise
of social media
allow your mind to be slow
that you will re-engage with yourself

Resist the temptation of electronics
and see the beauty that surrounds you
that you will reconnect with your soul
