I would say this is very true of the American culture—work hard, play hard, die young mindset.

…ng, maintain a residence, raise children, and other such stuff. But even in the midst of all that — do we as a society pass up too many opportunities to kick back, relax, and enjoy the sublime ecstasy of doing absolutely nothing?
