Is it Easy to Find Inner Peace and Spiritual Fulfillment by Keeping an Open Heart, Mind, and Soul?
And if it is, what if you struggle with it? Then what?
Spirit, help me not to despise, oppose, or be closed off to those things that I don’t understand. Help me to always keep an open mind, heart, and soul.
Have you ever thought about why some people “appear” to be more open to God’s leading in their lives? Do you find yourself comparing what they say and do to how you think and act?
That’s the beauty of theology.
Years ago, I went to a bible study and the leader got up and said, “If you have two people in a room, you have two separate theologies.”
That stuck with me. For years, I have pondered that statement. In fact, it has helped me have more grace with people who clearly have a very different theology than myself.
In the end, you won’t know a lot of things until Heaven becomes your eternal resting place. You can say that you know, but let’s be honest, you and I don’t really know. For instance, do you really know who you will see in Heaven?
