It's interesting how your dietary suggestions are slightly different than what my naturopath has suggested. For instance, first and foremost no gluten and no dairy milk products, all meats must be organic and /or grass-fed. All eggs must be organic, pasture-raised. I have not been told to limit fruit intake. In fact, mangoes are high in alkaline which is good. And the water I drink is also alkaline.
And I am always encouraged to eat fermented foods because fermented foods have probiotic qualities. I admit though -- cutting out the caffeine was difficult. I wrote an article about how it took me 7 years to do that. LOL.
As always, Pamela, your articles are rich with information. And ... I didn't know you were also struggling with adrenal insufficiency! I have been thinking about creating recipes but wasn't sure if it would be of interest. Maybe you and I could collaborate (if you're interested of course).
