This week, what gratitude lists have you created? Are they all in your head? Write them down! Let’s see those lists!
Can you tell I’m excited? I love gratitude lists. Primarily because I grew up in a house that was all about getting the work done and not enjoying the moments in between.
Make it as long or as short as you like. Make it hieroglyphics if you like. Write a short post of 150 words or less every day to share what you’re grateful for each day of this week if you like. Be vulnerable. Be honest. Be kind to yourself and others. Be grateful for what is sitting in front of you right this moment and write about that!
