Write about the idea of self-care and what it means to you — Self-care is a phrase and concept that has been tossed around for the past few years. What does self-care mean to you? How do you practice self-care, and how does it add value to your life? For me, I journal and write. That’s it. A few years back, I walked through the book The Artist’s Way with a small group. One of the exercises that Julia Cameron instills is to write Morning Pages. Three 8.5 x 11 or A4 size pages each day — all handwritten. Every time I write my morning pages, when I get to page 3, something happens. My inner self comes spilling out onto the page.
