Nowadays, there are so many distractions that it’s hard to stay focused on one thing. People tell you to pick a niche if you’re a writer or creator. Your mind is full of clutter that turns to mind noise. Is there any good that can come of this?

The short answer is maybe, but most likely not.

The long answer is that it causes a whole host of issues, from cognitive function to imbalance, which will cause your soul to become cluttered. What about any advantages you can learn from being in this situation? Is it possible? I think so.

Let’s start with why your mind might be noisy:

  • multitasking
  • spending too much time around other people (especially if you are an introvert)
  • fatigued
  • overwhelmed with small tasks
  • battling anxiety
