Ohhhh, yes! My diet changes have helped me enormously. And... with my diet change and lifestyle changes (meditation, walking, etc.) I have almost banished being hypothyroid as well!
Have you read "Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome" by Dr. James Wilson? I highly recommend it. If you have a Kindle and want to borrow it, I think I can lend it to you -- just an FYI
