OMG, so, so true, Diana!

I’ve managed to counter some of these effects by scheduling my writing, seeking out activities that spark my imagination, as well as trying to leave my editor hat at the door when I write. But the truth is, the editing mindset can still be a hurdle, even after years in the role.
