I think most creative things are categorized as practice makes perfect. Now, if you don't have any talent for drawing, then you can get better, but you might not ever be Georgia O'Keefe or Picasso, but you will get better.

If your innately talented then you gotta' do it. And, most times with people who are born with a skill and/or talent, it stays with them like a warm blanket. They have to do that thing or else they die inside -- IMHO.
