Spirit, help me always to lead with kindness and to love abundantly without parameters.

I hear a lot about people being kind and encouraging others to do the same. I’m guilty of that too.

I read stories about kindness and random acts of kindness. I see visual stories on Instagram of a gentleman, Zachery Deremlowski (@mdmotivator), who literally gives money away out of the generosity of his heart.

The key is …

Kindness does not require a college degree.

You just have to let that piece of you be exposed. Call it what you wish — generosity, empathy, kindness, vulnerability, humility … it has different names, but it all ends up impacting the world the same way.

Kindness is one of the most important qualities a person can possess. It’s a simple act that can make a big impact on someone else. In some cases, it can change the person’s life that you are being kind to because you never know what’s going on with that person. So, just be kind.
