Instead of thinking about tomorrow or the next day, just sit in the now.
Take a deep breath in, allowing your breath to fill your lungs.
Feel the emotions you have right now.
If you’re happy, give yourself permission to let your joy into the world.
If you’re sad, give yourself a hug.
If you’re pensive, allow yourself to sit in your thoughts.
If you’re feeling energetic, get outside and go for a walk.
And then breathe.
