What a transformational process, Sujona! Thanks for your vulnerability.

It’s been a week since that activity, and this is what has happened. Every time I think of that memory, my mind blocks it. It’s like that error message which appears when a machine stops functioning. Whenever I try to think of that day, my mind stops, and I am forced to think about something else. It’s strange how powerful a simple act of letting go can re-wire the mind and body.
