Wow! What a comprehensive article! This bullet point is a must in my house. I even went as far as buying silicone zip lock bags to replace the pesky plastic ones (even though we was and reuse those too). Also, we moved from paper towels to a bamboo reusable paper towel that can be washed a few times before it needs to be thrown away. It just takes extra planning, but it saves sooooo much money and trees! Bamboo is a much more stable and faster growing "tree" and easier on the earth. Ok, I'm done 😬
