You Are Your Worst Enemy

Spirit, guide me into Love, Grace, and Mercy so that I may completely heal. Show me how to open my heart and know that You are always with me.

Do you want to know why you’re not growing in that one area of your life? I mean, aren’t you tired? And, more importantly, aren’t you worth it to stop being your worst enemy?

Sit back and ask yourself what’s holding you back. Once you get past the blaming and shaming of others, take a pause.

Ask yourself why you think you’re not seeing results or why you’re feeling like you’re in a rut, or that you’re not able to move ahead.

You don’t have to be the enemy of yourself.

Instead of being your worst enemy, be your best friend.

Here’s my analogy:

A few months ago, my naturopath told me that I have gallstones. My liver had been showing signs of illness for a bit because of hidden eczema behind…
